MEETING ANNOUCEMENT:
Board Meeting: The January Board Meeting will be Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Proud Souls Barbecue & Provisions, 2485 Federal Blvd., Denver CO. All members are welcome to attend. The meeting starts at 9:00 AM and ends around noon. (If you attend, please park in the street to allow parking for customers.)
Board Meetings
The RMBBQA Board will schedule, hold and produce minutes of period meetings in accordance with the bylaws.

The Board will announce said meetings to the general membership.

Members in good standing are free to attend regularly scheduled Board meetings and listen to the proceedings.

Members cannot participate in Board agenda items unless called on to do so by the Board.

Those members wishing to formally address the Board are asked to submit a short email not later than 3 business days before the meeting with the topic(s) and any points they wish to make.
